Why Detoxify?

Our bodies were designed to constantly detoxify on our own.  The problem is that in our lives are so full of stress, chemicals, pollutions and many other harmful substances. We are bombarded with these toxins every day. Any system when constantly flooded cannot maintain its function.  Think of it as a water levy that is designed to take the excess water and take it to the ocean. If the weather were such that we had daily downpours over many months, these levy’s would eventually fail because they simply could not support so much activity. Our bodies are the same way. We are overloaded with everything that we put in to it, and eventually it breaks down if we do not help it out. That is where detox comes in. Detoxification is a way to get the body to get rid of bad toxins and substances that accumulate inside the body.
DETOX AND DIET
What we consume every day, is an extremely important aspect of detox. Eating the right things could make the difference between overloading our bodies with toxins or keeping it clean and working properly. There are quite a few foods that assist in this detox process. Given the fact that millions of people are realizing the benefits of proper detox, we decided to assemble the Detox diet. These are the absolutely best foods that help the body rejuvenate and repair itself. You need to incorporate the foods in this list to your diet!
